How long does it take to receive my DOF Reality Motion Platform once I order it?
DOF Reality typically ships orders from the factory every 2 weeks, so depending on if your order is placed a few days before the new shipment goes out, or if you just missed the last batch, it can typically take up to slightly more than 2 weeks for transit. New import and tariff policies can also impact the delivery time as your unit may be stuck in customs. Additionally, there are times when DOF Reality does have a backlog of orders, sometimes pushing orders out as far as 30-days, but that is not common, but can happen. We do notify you as soon as we receive tracking information from DOF Reality so you can track the progress of your shipment yourself.
I can't place my order, why isn't the button working?
We offer discounts on the Motion Simulators themselves but not individual accessories so we require the purchase of a Motion Simulator with every order. If you are only in need of accessories, you can order directly from dofreality.com as the pricing will be the same.
Additionally, we have a few unique options if you are ordering from Colorado. We ask you to contact us directly so we can find the best solution for your simulator purchase.
Why Is Shipping So Expensive?
Motion Simulators are Bulky, Heavy, Large items compared to other Entertainment Peripherals. These machines are produced in Europe and are Air Freighted across the ocean so you don’t need to wait months for your unit to cross via sea freight.
It can be shocking to see how much shipping is when you first add your new Motion Simulator to the cart, but when you realize how large the package is, it is more understandable.
Which payment methods are accepted by Sim With Motion?
Payment methods include Major Credit Cards, Pay Pal, G Pay, Apple Pay and Venmo. We also offer a Payment Plan through Pay Pal with 4 interest-free payments upon approval.
