Official Terms and Conditions

Promotion Period: October 20, 2026 – January 10, 2027

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Sim With Motion Holiday Promotion offered by Sim With Motion, LLC (“Sim With Motion”). By participating in this promotion, customers agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

The promotion is available to customers who purchase an eligible DOF Reality motion simulator from Sim With Motion during the promotion period, October 20, 2026, through January 10, 2027.
The purchase must be completed directly through Sim With Motion. Purchases made through other retailers, resellers, or third-party marketplaces are not eligible unless expressly authorized in writing by Sim With Motion.
The promotion includes two separate benefits: a Pimax DMAS audio upgrade coupon and a complimentary copy of Iron Rebellion, subject to the terms below.

2. Pimax DMAS Audio Upgrade Coupon

Eligible customers will receive a unique coupon code by email after placing their qualifying DOF Reality motion simulator order.

How to redeem the coupon:

Purchase an eligible DOF Reality motion simulator from Sim With Motion during the promotion period.
Wait for Sim With Motion to email your exclusive Pimax coupon code.
Visit Pimax.com and purchase an eligible Pimax Crystal Light or Pimax Crystal Super headset directly from Pimax.
Enter the coupon code at checkout in accordance with Pimax’s redemption instructions.

Coupon benefits and restrictions:

The coupon provides one complimentary DMAS audio upgrade, advertised value US $99, with the purchase of an eligible Pimax Crystal Light or Pimax Crystal Super headset.
The offer applies to qualifying headset purchases only. It is not valid for separate optical engine purchases or optical engine components purchased independently of an eligible headset.
The coupon is redeemable only through Pimax.com and is subject to Pimax’s product availability, checkout procedures, shipping policies, and other applicable terms.
The coupon cannot be combined with other Pimax discount codes or promotional codes.
The coupon has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be resold or transferred unless expressly permitted by the parties administering the promotion.
The coupon is intended for one eligible redemption per qualifying customer. Any additional restrictions specified by Pimax at redemption will apply.
The customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, additional shipping charges, or other fees not expressly covered by the offer.
Sim With Motion is not responsible for Pimax website outages, payment-processing issues, shipping delays, product availability, or changes to Pimax’s checkout and fulfillment procedures.

3. Complimentary Iron Rebellion Game

Eligible customers will receive a Steam product key for Iron Rebellion by email after placing their qualifying DOF Reality motion simulator order.

The game key is provided at no additional charge as part of this promotion.
A Steam account and the Steam platform are required to redeem, download, install, and play the game.
Customers are responsible for meeting the game’s system requirements and having a compatible computer, operating system, and any other required equipment or software.
The game key is subject to Steam’s applicable terms, redemption rules, and regional restrictions.
Game keys are subject to availability and are intended for one-time redemption. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Sim With Motion is not the developer or publisher of Iron Rebellion and does not control Steam’s platform, game availability, or account requirements.

4. Order Confirmation and Delivery of Promotional Codes

Promotional codes and game keys will be sent to the email address provided with the qualifying order.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking their inbox, spam, junk, and promotional folders.
Delivery of codes may take additional processing time after an order is placed. If a code has not arrived within a reasonable period, customers should contact Sim With Motion customer support.
Customers should retain their order confirmation as proof of eligibility.
If a qualifying order is canceled, refunded, or determined to be fraudulent, Sim With Motion reserves the right to withhold, invalidate, or revoke any associated promotional benefit to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Promotion Dates and Christmas Delivery Disclaimer

The promotion begins October 20, 2026, and ends January 10, 2027. Qualifying orders must be placed within this period.

Important Christmas shipping notice: Simulator orders placed after November 16, 2026, will not arrive before Christmas. This is an estimated delivery notice, not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery timing may vary due to inventory, carrier operations, weather, customs, and other circumstances outside Sim With Motion’s control.

The Christmas delivery notice does not extend the promotional period. Eligible purchases made during the promotion period may still qualify even if the simulator arrives after Christmas.

6. General Conditions

This promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, and no cash alternative is available for any unused promotional benefit.
Promotional benefits are tied to qualifying purchases and are not transferable to another order or customer except where expressly authorized.
Promotional codes must be used in accordance with these terms and any additional applicable terms imposed by Pimax or Steam.
Sim With Motion reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject claims involving fraudulent activity, duplicate redemptions, or misuse of promotional codes.
Sim With Motion reserves the right to correct typographical errors and clarify these terms where reasonably necessary. Any material change, suspension, or termination of the promotion will be handled subject to applicable law and any rights already accrued by eligible customers.
Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

7. Third-Party Products and Services

Pimax and Steam are independent third parties. Unless expressly stated otherwise, this promotion is offered by Sim With Motion and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or affiliated with Steam or Pimax beyond the specific promotional arrangement described here.

Pimax is responsible for fulfilling the headset and DMAS audio upgrade purchase. Steam is responsible for its platform and game-key redemption services.
